We offer a scheduled Delivery Service. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before delivery. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. If you need to return an item delivered, please contact us to inform us and to get a return authorization. In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply and additional collection fees may be charged.
If your order is not eligible for delivery Fredrics shall notify you as soon as possible and you must pick up the order at one of designated locations .
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details. All delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to all matters beyond our control.
Please note that your delivery may take longer during holidays, sales, weekends, or other busy periods. A premium delivery charge may apply during these periods.
